TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTS AND WARRANTY
Warranty Period:

• MKFIXITSCOOTERS provides a warranty on parts sold or installed for a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

• This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for most parts.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Electrical items including, but not limited to, display controllers, batteries, and PCBs.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, water damage, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, tubes, poles, and stems.

Returns and Refunds:

• No refunds will be issued for electrical components once sold or installed unless deemed faulty straight away.
• All other parts must be returned in their original condition within the warranty period for a refund or replacement.

General Conditions:

• MKFIXITSCOOTERS reserves the right to repair any part or scooter, replace, or refund the price of the defective part at our discretion.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Installation and Service:

• Only parts installed by MKFIXITSCOOTERS are covered under this warranty unless otherwise specified.

Liability Limitation:

• MKFIXITSCOOTERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the parts provided or riders safety

Rider Safety:

• Safety Equipment: Riders are strongly encouraged to wear helmets and other protective gear at all times while operating electric scooters.
• Pre-Ride Inspection: Before each use, perform a safety check on the scooter, including brakes, lights, frame integrity, and battery charge level.
• Compliance with Laws: Riders must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the use of electric scooters, including where they can legally be ridden.
• Riding Conduct: Avoid reckless behavior, do not carry passengers, and ensure that any carried items do not impair the safe operation of the scooter.

Amendments:

• These terms may be updated or changed without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Legal:

• These terms are governed by the laws in which MKFIXITSCOOTERS operates.

ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS:

• Griptape Removal: Removal of griptape might not be smooth and could require replacement, which is not covered by MKFIXITSCOOTERS. Additional charges may apply for new griptape.
• E-Scooter Usage in the UK: Please be aware that electric scooters are illegal to ride on public roads and paths in the United Kingdom unless part of an authorized rental scheme.
